Collections Officer
Seeking an experienced individual to be responsible for handling delinquent accounts, ensuring resolution of delinquent status.  Maintains loan loss prevention control at acceptable levels upon the initial stages of a delinquent loan, while adhering to collection policies and procedures.  Responsible for maintaining the Credit Union's quality service standards. Two (2) years collections experience with detailed knowledge of collection laws, repossession, bankruptcy and skip tracing.  Excellent communication and problem solving skills required.
