Phone Center Supervisor
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to oversee and perform all operational aspects of call center to ensure effective and efficient response time, quality member service, and compliance with regulations and policies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Demonstrated leadership and professional interpersonal skills required. Strong decision making skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Two years in a supervisory role required. Two years call center experience preferred. Financial institution experience preferred.
