Senior VP/Chief Operations Officer We are seeking a visionary executive to guide and direct the operations in all branch locations and phone center. Under the leadership and direction of the President/CEO, the position is responsible for operations administration and for significant contributions to the formulation, development, implementation, and administration of credit union operational policies and business goals and objectives. Organizes, plans, and directs all functions associated with branch and phone center operations, ensuring operations are in accordance with sound business practices and policy guidelines. Administers the branch facilities and security functions at all branch locations and is responsible for compliance with operational rules and regulations. Acts as liaison to the Board of Directors on operational issues. The successful candidate will have a collaborative management style, embracing communication throughout the organization, and an ability to foster an environment conducive to preserving credit union philosophy and principles. Must have a proven track record of success in leadership and relationships, and a proven ability in leading a team and developing staff. Bachelor’s Degree from a four (4) year college or University required. Master’s degree preferred. Ten (10) or more years’ experience required in a financial institution management role, some of which must be in senior management. Ten (10) or more years of financial operations experience required. Credit Union experience preferred. Compensation package commensurate with background, education, and experience. Operations Supervisor This individual will oversee the daily operations of Member Services, maintaining compliance and the highest quality standards and service. Provides training, leadership and technical direction to staff. Must possess in-depth knowledge of membership accounts, trusts, UTMA, business accounts, IRAs and deferred compensation. This position requires a BA degree, or equivalent business school, and/or four (4) years in a financial institution supervisory role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four (4) or more years of financial institution experience in new accounts and operations required.
IT Technician We are seeking a full-time tech support person for our Information Technology Department. This person will be responsible for running scheduled programs, trouble-shooting network and PC issues, and supporting users. Experience with Windows-based software and PCs in a business environment is required. Knowledge of Citrix and *NIX is a plus. Two years of computer-focused vocational/technical school or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
Quality Circle Member Services/IRA Focused This person will provide transaction services to members in a variety of areas, including opening and servicing new and existing accounts, share certificates and IRAs, as well as interviewing consumer loan applicants and providing consumer loan product and services information. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, along with a positive, service-oriented attitude. Minimum two years of new accounts and consumer lending experience required. Credit union experience preferred.
Credit Union Member Receptionist - Part-time (mornings) We are seeking an individual to project a positive image as a representative for the credit union, while receiving, greeting and directing visitors or guests. Answers telephone and performs various clerical duties.
Phone Center Representative We are seeking an individual to handle telephone calls from members, providing information and member support concerning credit union products and services. This position requires strong organization, computer, and communication skills. Minimum two years of financial institution experience and/or phone center experience.
