If we have your Express Loan Service Plan on file, activating your consumer loan is simple.

Unsure if you have The Plan? If you've applied for a SESLOC loan or credit card anytime since 2002, you probably completed The Plan. Call and we can help.

No Plan on file? No problem.

Log on to your account (above). Click the green "Loan Application" button.
Note: After you complete our online form, an Express Loan Service Plan will also be required.

Express Loan Service Plan ("The Plan")
A short form that's long on benefits

Complete it once for your borrowing needs, now and in the future. Updates may be required in case of major life changes.
Activate any non-real estate loan quickly, by phone, online, or in person. No new application required.
Complete it now; use it later.
Request the Express Loan Service Plan by phone, or pick one up at any SESLOC branch. Complete it at your leisure.

Important note: Because this document is comprehensive, your signatures on the plan must be witnessed by a SESLOC employee or a notary public.
