Traveling with Your SESLOC Visa®?

Our Fraud Monitoring Service will telephone you when unusual transactions appear on your Visa credit, debit or ATM card, especially transactions in foreign countries or outside the west coast region. If you cannot be reached by phone to verify the transaction, your card may be blocked to prevent fraud. To help us protect you, here are some things you can do:

  • Tell us the month(s) you anticipate unusual transactions.
  • Tell us the country or region in which the transactions will occur.
  • Update your account with current contact information.
  • Alert house-sitters they may receive a phone call asking for transaction verification. This is the first step before a card is blocked.
  • Print the "Contact Us" page from our website before you travel, in order to take our phone numbers with you.

Finally, please call us before you travel to learn about current transaction restrictions in foreign countries. For more information on fraud monitoring and travel planning, visit sesloc.org/education.
