25% Interest Refund: Profits Returned
to Members

SESLOC returned over $221,000 to 1,583 members who financed vehicles in 2007.

A 100% interest refund went to Scott Greenaway of Atascadero, who was selected in a random drawing.

The Green Effect: Members Embrace Electronic Services

Members reduced their impact on the environment in 2007 by increasing their use of SESLOC's paperless services:

  • 10% Increase in eStatements and eNewsletters
  • 1,360 Members paid bills through eBranch
  • 239 Members voted online for Board candidates
  • 856,120 eBranch transactions were performed
  • 1,304 eList subscribers received email alerts and updates.
New Security Measures

SESLOC implemented enhanced security measures for members' accounts:

  • Traveler Fraud Protection Program

  • Multiple Card Fraud Monitoring Programs
