Disclosure Statement
Remote Account Access
You may perform account transactions and inquiries 7 days a week, 24-hours a day, including holidays** through PhoneTeller and eBranch Account Access & Bill Pay Service. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) gives both Phone Teller and Internet Account Access.

PhoneTeller is available from any touch-tone® telephone. A toll free phone number is available from outside San Luis Obispo: 888-4-SESLOC or 888-473-7562.

eBranch Account Access & Bill Pay Service is available from any computer with an Internet connection. Transactions are itemized on regular account statements. Log on at SESLOC’s web site: www.sesloc.org Select the SESLOC eBranch icon.

Terms and Conditions
SESLOC Federal Credit Union offers PhoneTeller and eBranch Account Access & Bill Pay Service on the following terms and conditions. The words “you” and “your” mean those who sign as applicants or as any authorized users. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean SESLOC Federal Credit Union.
Once you, or any person permitted or allowed by you, have accepted the Personal Identification Number (PIN), or use it for Phone Teller or Internet account transactions, you and all whom you authorize to use it, agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and the terms and conditions of all Share Savings, Share Draft Checking, and Loan accounts, just as if you and they had signed those agreements.

DO NOT write your PIN, or disclose, or otherwise make available your PIN, to anyone not authorized to sign on your accounts.
YOU are responsible for the safekeeping of your PIN. If you feel someone may have knowledge of your PIN, change your PIN immediately, and contact the Credit Union to verify all current transactions on your account(s).

Services
Phone Teller/ eBranch Account Access provides the following services:

1. Inquiries
2. Check withdrawal to primary owner ($10,000 maximum)
3. Transfers from Share Draft Checking account ($10,000 limit)
4. Transfers from Share Savings account. ($10,000 limit)

Regulation D limits transfers during any calendar month. You may not make more than 6 withdrawals or transfers to another credit union account of yours or to a third party by means of preauthorized or automatic transfer or telephone order or instruction. No more than three of the six transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card, if applicable, or similar order to a third party.
Any transfer or withdrawal cannot exceed the available funds in your account. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction that would draw upon insufficient funds or lower an account below a required balance.

Fees and Charges
There are no fees or charges assessed by the Credit Union for the use of Phone Teller/eBranch Account Access. The Credit Union reserves the right to impose service charges at a future date after giving you notice of such service charges.

Periodic Statements
You will receive a monthly account statement from us for your checking accounts. You will receive a monthly account statement for your savings accounts, unless there are no transfers in a particular month. In any case, you will receive an account statement at least quarterly.

Right to Receive Documentation of Transfers
Transfers and withdrawals requested using PhoneTeller will record and be identified as “VR” on your periodic statement. Internet account transactions will record and be identified as “KHB” on your periodic statement.

Member Liability
If you believe your PIN is lost or stolen, please notify SESLOC immediately by phone; notifying SESLOC by phone will help to reduce your losses. You could lose all the money in your account, plus your maximum line-of-credit, if any. If you notify us within two (2) business days, you can lose no more than $50.00, provided someone used your PIN without your authorization. If you do not notify us within two (2) business days of the loss or theft of your PIN, and upon your notification, if we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your PIN without your permission, you could lose as much as $500.00. If your statement shows transfers you did not make, please notify us at once. If you do not notify us within sixty (60) days after the statement’s mailing, you may not receive funds lost after the sixty (60) day time period. If an extenuating circumstance occurs which keeps you from notifying us, we may extend the time periods.
