e-Statements are an effective way to prevent mail fraud. Mail theft occurs any time of the year, but most frequently from January to March when your annual statements and tax documents are arriving. Studies show that approximately 4% of identity theft cases resulted from mail stolen from unlocked mailboxes.
Statements are not e-mailed to you. An online PIN is required to view them on our secure site.
