Your correct phone, address and email help us protect you from fraud and unauthorized account access. In April, it will also ensure you have a smooth transition to our new Online Banking system.
Don’t Get Locked Out
Our new Online Banking system, coming in late April, features new authentication technologies that add additional layers of protection for you. But if your account details are a MisMatch with your real life details, you may be blocked from logging into your account.
So don’t get caught. Verify your contact information when you call us or visit a branch. Or, within Online Banking, go to “Change Address” under “User Options” to view and update your address, email, and phone information.
With our new Online Banking system, you’ll enjoy higher level security features and greater flexibility to manage your accounts. Safeguarding your information is our top priority.
