New and Improved Bill Pay Service

Our updated Bill Pay is even easier to use and brings added convenience, but there are a few key points you need to know.

With the new enhanced Bill Pay system, up to 82% of payments can be sent electronically, which is a significant increase over the previous system. This means transactions are completed faster. In addition, we are again offering eBills.

What are eBills? An eBill is an electronic version of your bill sent directly to your SESLOC Bill Pay account within online banking. You are notified when a bill arrives, and you’ll get an email reminder when a bill is due. eBills allow you to view and pay bills from your computer or smart phone without logging on to multiple sites. Plus, you have easy access to your past bills and payment history when you log on to your SESLOC account.

All your current payees and your Bill Pay history will appear in the enhanced Bill Pay system. Bill Pay has a new look, but all of your previous information will carry over.

All previously scheduled pending payments will be paid as scheduled. Recurring payments will continue as scheduled.

Schedule payments at least 4 business days before the due date. You will have the option with some merchants/billers to complete same day and next day payments for a fee.

Newer browser versions give you up-to-date security, keep things running smoothly and prevent potential problems. Download the latest version of your browser with these links:

After your browser is up to date, make sure you have also enabled cookies, which are required for Bill Pay to function properly. The settings vary by browser, but you can usually change your cookie settings by going to the browser “Options” or “Settings” menu and finding the “Privacy” settings. Or, just search your browser’s “Help” menu for “enable cookies.”

Safari Users:

  1. In Safari, go to "Safari" -> "Preferences..." on the left side of the top bar.
  2. In the Safari Preferences box, go to the "Privacy" tab.
  3. In the section that says "Cookies and website data," select "Always allow."
  4. Close the "Preferences" box and reload the Bill Pay page to try again.
