New and Improved Bill Pay Service

Our updated Bill Pay is even easier to use and brings added convenience, but there are a few key points you need to know. Here are some answers to questions you may have:

What are the benefits of the new Bill Pay system? With the new enhanced Bill Pay system, up to 82% of payments can be sent electronically, which is a significant increase over the previous system. This means transactions are completed faster. In addition, we are again offering eBills.

What are eBills? An eBill is an electronic version of your bill sent directly to your SESLOC Bill Pay account within online banking. You are notified when a bill arrives, and you’ll get an email reminder when a bill is due. eBills allow you to view and pay bills from your computer or smart phone without logging on to multiple sites. Plus, you have easy access to your past bills and payment history when you log on to your SESLOC account.

Will my Bill Pay history and payees transfer over to the new Bill Pay system? Yes. All your current payees and your Bill Pay history will appear in the enhanced Bill Pay system. Bill Pay will have a different look, but all of your previous information will be there.

Will my pending and recurring payments carry over to the new Bill Pay? All previously scheduled pending payments will be paid as scheduled. Recurring payments will continue as scheduled.

Are there new terms and conditions? Yes. The first time you use enhanced Bill Pay, either on your smart phone or home computer, you’ll be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy before you continue.

How far in advance should I schedule payments on enhanced Bill Pay? Schedule payments at least 4 business days before the due date. You will have the option with some merchants/billers to complete same day and next day payments for a fee.
