The holidays look a little different this year, which is why we recently held a fundraiser in our branches and online in support of the Family Care Network. This local nonprofit supports children and youth in foster care, as well as families struggling with homelessness and unhealed trauma in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties this holiday season. Together, SESLOC members and employees raised over $7,500 to supply warm winter clothing, gifts and toys, groceries and holiday meals, holiday cheer, and support for unfunded and urgent basic needs. We are thankful to those who could donate, especially during this concerning time.
