Program Benefits & Features

  • Fully Managed Identity Theft Recovery (3G Family Coverage) – for you, your spouse or partner, plus children up to 25 years of age and parents living at home.
  • Professional Privacy Advocates – If you suspect identity theft or wish to file a claim, you can access a Privacy Advocate toll-free at (800) 357-6392.
  • Mobile Phone Coverage2  –  provides insurance coverage up to $500 minus a $50 deductible for your cell phone’s repairs or replacement due to accidental damage, mechanical failure or theft.

Need support or a professional Privacy Advocate?

Please call NXG Protect services toll free at (855) 474-3863. Privacy Advocates are available Monday-Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PT. and will assist you:

  • If you believe you are the victim of identity theft and need to report the incident or file a claim.
  • If you received an alert and need to talk to a Privacy Advocate.
  • If you need technical support like a password reset or help with online registration.

1 Identity Theft Recovery + Mobile Phone Coverage (“Program”) is provided by NXG Strategies, LLC., and are included as part of HomeFREE Checking. There is no pre-registration required.  By participating in the HomeFREE Checking account the primary accountholder is accepting the terms and conditions of the Program. See sesloccares.nxgstrategies.com for terms and conditions of the Program, or request a copy of the terms and conditions by visiting any SESLOC branch office. You retain the option to utilize these services as long as you are a HomeFREE Checking accountholder, subject to terms and conditions
2 At the time that you decide to make a claim for the services you will contact SESLOC to receive a unique Program Member ID to authorize your claim. The primary accountholder can file a claim for any phones owned by them, subject to additional terms and conditions.  It is important that you carefully review the “Electronic Device Protection Policy Summary-Terms and Conditions” at sesloccares.nxgstrategies.com. We reserve the right to modify, expand, discontinue, or retire any part of the Program at any time.

4 MONITORING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER ON AN ENTITLED BASIS AND REQUIRE CONSUMER ACTIVATION. Monitoring alerts are provided by email and/or SMS text. Credit Services are provided by TransUnion®, subject to change, and are applicable to individuals age 18 and older who have a valid credit file. Identity authentication is required to view credit monitoring alerts, reports, and scores. The credit score provided may not be consistent with the credit score model used by a lender, and therefore cannot be relied upon to determine creditworthiness for any particular loan opportunity.
