SESLOC members are eligible to apply for loans. You are eligible for SESLOC Membership if you live, work or go to school in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara counties in California. ITINs and Matrícula Consular ID cards are accepted. If you are not a member yet, you may start the loan application and then if eligible, we'll help you join.
