Now you can chat with a SESLOC Member Services Representative online on mobile or desktop. Whether you have a question about your account, products, services, you can get a response in real-time.
Member Security Enhanced with ID Scanning in Branch
SESLOC is now scanning personal information cards (ID) if you do no have one already on file or when you have a new ID upon expiration. We have implemented this security measure for your protection as we work towards eliminating the need to provide a verbal password when visiting a branch. It will also speed up transactions, saving time while at the branch.
International Credit Union Day Celebration

I’d like to start by saying thank you for your generous support throughout August to help raise funds for Jack’s Helping Hand, a local nonprofit that offers programs for special needs children and their families. Over the last five years, you’ve contributed over $35,000 to help build the Jack Ready Imagination Park, a universally accessible playground where special needs children can play along-side able-bodied children in a safe, sunny environment. It was truly an honor to walk into our branches and see the walls covered with handprints as a display of your support.

October is National Cybersecurity Awareness Month and we’re offering events, toolkits and services to help make the internet safer and more secure.
Fraud Advisory: Capital One Breach
This week, news broke regarding a massive data breach, possibly the largest ever, at Capital One Financial Corporation. At present time, they have identified over 100 million consumers who have been impacted, including current credit customers, and consumers and businesses who applied for Capital One credit products (more information can be found here). While cooperation with local and national law enforcement has helped stop much of the sensitive information from being distributed, this illustrates a very real threat to consumers.

SESLOC Mobile App Gets a New Look
Beginning April 13, 2020 you’ll see a new and improved look to the home screen of the mobile app. Both Android and iOS users will see the refresh, which includes a welcome screen with a custom message, and quick links to the most frequently used banking features, including depositing a check. Members will not be asked to upgrade the mobile app in order to see the changes.
