Once you set your appointment, you’ll get a confirmation and a reminder email. This service complements the digital self check-in kiosk at our branches, helping to reduce wait times and ensure that you get served in order of arrival. Walk-ins are always welcome too. Online appointment booking is simply another way we are improving your banking experience.
