Each month, we’re choosing a different nonprofit and asking them to select a valuable volunteer to receive the SESLOC Cares for Community Award. We are thrilled to introduce our latest recipient, Jessica Carroll, a volunteer with CALM.

A proud Santa Maria native, Jessica generously gives her time and talents to support CALM and the children and families they serve. CALM is a community-based mental health agency serving children across Santa Barabara County, helping them to heal through trauma-informed services and evidence-based practices.
Despite her busy schedule in the community and as an entrepreneur, Jessica makes time to support CALM’s mission in the community. From emceeing fundraising events to coordinating logistics, décor, and production details, Jessica helps create meaningful experiences that raise critical support and awareness for vulnerable children in our community.
Her energy, creativity, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make a lasting impact throughout the Central Coast.
