SESLOC Credit Union is proud to honor Morgan Fasse as a SESLOC Young Change Maker. Morgan was crowned as the 2026 Elks Rodeo Queen after raising $412,109 for her non-profit, St. Joseph High School Athletic Boosters.
The SESLOC Young Change Maker Award is given to a young person or young professional under 40 doing significant work to benefit their community. Anyone can nominate a young person for the SESLOC Young Change Maker award on the Wild 106 website.
The second-oldest child of nine, Morgan finished her senior year at St. Joseph High School in the spring of 2026. She was one of two candidates from the school running for Elks Rodeo Queen.
She was chosen to be a candidate for her dedication to the community, both inside and outside her high school. At St. Joseph’s, Morgan was the founder of the school’s Kindness Club, where she worked with her fellow students create a more positive and inclusive environment on campus and encourage others to give back. She chose to represent the St. Joseph High School Athletic Boosters because of her deep commitment to the school and seeing how athletics creates opportunities for future students to grow, succeed, and build lasting experiences.
Through her campaign, Morgan raised $412,109 for the St. Joseph High School Athletic Boosters. With her contribution, the Elks Rodeo Queen candidates raised a total of $871,804 for non-profit organizations across the Santa Maria Valley.
Morgan is now in her first year at the University of Mississippi, where she plans to major in Business Management. No matter where her career path takes her, she says she will continue to stay involved in her communities and support organizations that make a meaningful impact.
