SESLOC Cares for Community Award: Jennifer Jamison

by Team SESLOC

We’re partnering with News Channel 12 to honor nonprofit volunteers who make our community thrive. Each month, we’re choosing a different nonprofit and asking them to select a valuable volunteer to receive the SESLOC Cares for Community Award. We were recently thrilled to meet Jennifer Jamison, from VTC Enterprises in Santa Maria.

Jennifer worked at VTC back in college where she fell in love with the organization and the people they serve.
In 2015, Jennifer returned as a volunteer and learned the intricacies of fundraising under the guidance of auctioneer John Glines.

Jennifer now works at VTC and serves as co-chair of VTC’s Rodeo Queen Committee where she helped daughter Michaela earn the 2023 Santa Maria Elks Rodeo crown by raising $525,000. Jennifer has a heart of giving and looks forward to helping VTC’s future fundraising efforts.

Congratulations, jennifer, for being chosen the SESLOC Cares for Community Award recipient!
