SESLOC awarded $26,996.70 during the 2025 calendar year to teachers in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara County. This brings the grand total amount to over $232,000 since the program’s inception in 2013.
To kickoff the 2025-26 school year, SESLOC distributed around $6,700 to local teachers at 12 schools across the Central Coast.
For the 2024-2025 school year, SESLOC granted 64 Education Grants valued at $29,893.10 to schools across our area of membership.
At Ocean View Elementary in Arroyo Grande, one Second Grade class found reading could be transformational thanks to a SESLOC Education Grant.
