Taco Temple opened in 1997 in a small space on the Cayucos waterfront — the menu of Cajun-seasoned fish with fresh greens served on a tortilla and Caribbean black beans gave birth to “California Fusion”. Our non-traditional take on Mexican food is always creative and always fresh. We opened our second restaurant in San Luis Obispo in the spring of 2019. We pride ourselves on the quality and the freshness of our food.
