How does SESLOC Credit Union collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • Apply for a loan
  • Give us your employment history or give us your income information
  • Give us your wage statements

We also collect your personal information from other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only

  • Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness
  • Affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

Definitions

Affiliates – Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • SESLOC Credit Union has no affiliates.

Non-affiliates – Companies not related by common ownership or control They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • SESLOC Credit Union does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.

Joint Marketing – A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • SESLOC Credit Union doesn’t jointly market.

Other Important Information

When you browse our public website at www.sesloc.org, you do so anonymously. We do not gather user-specific information. The information we do gather is aggregated and de-identified. We use browser cookies to track user activity in order to evaluate website effectiveness and facilitate the use of our site.
